Refund Eligibility

  • The eBook content is significantly different from what was described
  • You accidentally purchased the same eBook multiple times
  • The download link is broken or corrupted

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after successful download
  • Compatibility issues with your device (check requirements before purchase)
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Partial refunds for multi-eBook bundles

Refund Process

  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund request

  4. Wait for our response within 2-3 business days

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Free eBooks are provided as-is with no warranty or guarantee. Since no payment is involved, refunds do not apply to free downloads.
